At WISE Trail Running, we believe in the quality and performance of our products.

That's why we offer you the opportunity to try them for 30 days.

Return Policy in Europe vs. rest of the world

Returns and associated costs are free within Metropolitan France and the European Union.

Outside of EU : shipping and customs fees related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.

At the end of this trial period, you have two options

1. The size isn't right? You can request an exchange for the correct size.
2. The product doesn't meet your expectations? You can request a refund, no questions asked.

Please have the following information ready:

Your order number

The email address used for the purchase

Then follow the instructions.

Good to know

The exchange or refund will only be processed upon receipt of the returned product at our facilities.

The product must be returned clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

A return label will be generated on the returns portal, so you won't have to pay anything. Simply pack the product in its original packaging, affix the return label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest drop-off point.
