Delivery Times – What You Need to Know

At WISE Ultra Running, we always indicate the estimated delivery times on each product page.

These times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

Average Delivery Times

Metropolitan France:

• 2 to 3 business days on average with DPD or Colissimo
• 24-hour express delivery available with DHL

Europe (EU):

• Delivery within 3 to 4 business days on average
• DHL express option also available

Outside the European Union:

• Delivery primarily handled by DHL
• Please note: in some regions, additional delays may occur due to customs inspections.

Order containing multiple types of products

If your order contains:

• Products in stock
• And products on pre-order (temporarily unavailable)

Then the order will be shipped in a single shipment, as soon as all items are available.
