I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

If you placed an order and haven't received any updates, here are a few things to check:

  1. Order with multiple items:

When your order contains several products, please pay attention to the delivery times indicated for each item.

At WISE, we ship orders only when they are 100% complete. This means your package will be shipped as soon as all items are available.


  1. Need a product urgently?

If you have a specific item you need urgently, please contact our customer service at contact@wiseultrarunning.com. The WISE team can arrange a partial shipment by releasing the products that are already available.


  1. Product availability:

The availability of each item is indicated below the size selector on the product page. We recommend that you review this policy before finalizing your order.


This consolidation policy aims to minimize logistics flows and our environmental impact. Despite this, we do everything we can to ship your orders quickly, in coordination with our factories and stock levels.
