How to return a product outside of European Union

You placed an order on the WISE website, but the product you received doesn't meet your expectations (size, fit, function, etc.). You can return it to us at our expense within 30 days.

If you are located in a country outside the European Union (for example: Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Korea, etc.), don't worry, we work with DHL to offer you a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To do so, go to the global returns portal: https://wise.returns.dhlexpresscommerce.com/

Have the following information ready:

• Your email address
• Your order number

Select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

You will then have the option of having the package picked up from your home or dropping it off at a DHL service point.

Once all these steps are completed, a prepaid return label will be available. All you have to do is print it and stick it on your package.
