How to modify or cancel an order

It is absolutely possible to cancel or modify your order.

You will need :

• Your order number
• Your Email associated to this order

Then tell us directly if you wish to cancel or edit and order.

Important: An order can only be modified or canceled if it has not yet been prepared or shipped.
