Choosing the right size for your WISE Running Bag

Choosing the Right Size for Your WISE Running Bag

Our Running Bags are highly elastic and form-fitting trail running pack designed to snuggle close to the body without compressing. It is available in 6 sizes (1 to 6) to choose based on your chest measurement, running profile, and bust shape.

Chest Measurement

Measure your chest at its widest point, without inflating your chest. This is the basis for choosing the right size.

Pack Size

Recommended Chest Measurement

Size 1

75 – 84 cm

Size 2

81 – 90 cm

Size 3

87 – 96 cm

Size 4

93-102 cm

Size 5

99-108 cm

Size 6

105-114 cm

Adjust with your bust shape

Size Adjustment Advice based on you bust shape.

  • V shape (broad shoulders, narrow waist) | Broad back, athletic build | Choose one size up |
  • H shape (shoulders and hips aligned) | Straight and balanced silhouette | Choose the recommended size |
  • A shape (narrow shoulders, wider hips) | Slim bust, defined hips | Choose the indicated size or smaller |

This subtlety allows for a better fit of the bag to your anatomy, especially if you are between sizes. Only consider body shapes that are truly pronounced.

Refine according to your runner profile

The fast runner / competitor :

Objective: maximum stability, no bounce.

Choose a very snug size, even if it means going down half a size.

If you have an A-shaped body → size down

If you have a V-shaped body → standard size or up depending on how it feels

🔸 Example: 86 cm chest measurement, V-shaped body → size 2 (or even 3 if very large)

The **all-rounder / all distances

Objective: balance of support and freedom

  • Choose the size corresponding to your chest measurement, adjusting according to your body shape.

  • If H-shaped body type → indicated size
  • If A-shaped body type → indicated size or smaller
  • If V-shaped body type → size up if between sizes

🔸 Example: 90 cm chest circumference, H-shaped body type → size 3; A-shaped body type → size 2 or 3

The **long-distance runner / comfort

Objective: comfortable wear for hours

  • Choose the higher waistband for your range.

  • If V-shaped body type → size up
  • If H-shaped body type → size indicated
  • If A-shaped body type → size indicated or smaller

🔸 Example Chest circumference 102 cm, V-shaped body → size 6

Final practical tips
  • Try on the pack loaded and in motion, with full flasks.
  • The pack is elastic and may feel a little tight when new: don't size up too quickly.
  • A good fit ensures zero bounce, free breathing, and no irritation.

Finally, note that the zipper is self-locking and allows you to adjust the pack by partially opening it at lower speeds. To do this, position the zipper at the desired height and ensure the slider is facing down.
